Doug, Thanks for the input. I'm less enthusiastic as I look closer. I like to look at the investment management results, ROE and the profitability of the insurance operations. I was impressed enough with most of it, but the insurance operations don't look particularly good at first glance. I'm also modestly concerned that such a high percentage of earnings are coming from capital gains. I think I would rather make an attempt (granted very rough) at "look thru" earnings. Wayne
