Thanks Stay with stocks that have consistent volume of around 500k to a million and you probably have a good starting point.
The low volume guys will kill you. Also the spread is smaller with the big boys. I've also noticed that TA works well with the big guys like Dell.

Great Post Mark.
Thanks to teachers like you, Glenn and Tim I'm moving up the learning curve.
I too started with the BBs and saw red red red.
Luckily my daughter introduced me to this thread and I have now changed my strategy.

Great post I also lost big time as a newbie with the pennies, best of luck to You. I agree 100% about this being tough and time consuming, but since I met Tim I now know there are actually honest people who look at for others out here in cyber space. Good trading all, cheers.
