C. Lawrence Perkins, before I rain on top of your parade could you please
enlighten me with some needed clearification so I will understand better.

Richard calls you 'The Only', to mean what please ?

The creator of the MGAU Thread is a CL who has not posted for year(s),
but has updated the thread's header recently for the marble connection.

But now to the elements of nature, where one can only adapt not control.

I bet that soon Mike will depart with a hero's send off,
and Mr. Jensen and Mr. Twifford will regain control of GPGI.

I know Mr. Jensen is the President, and Mr. Twifford may or may not be
an employee of GPGI, but has a very long term and "GPGI" close relationship.

Considering that the shareholders here will soon obtain the return on their
investments always wanted, abide long long overdue, would it not make sence
to not only let GPGI continue the progress being made, but to only let an
understanding be reconized that the possible conflicts with the J&T Cat
and those shares and who is right and wrong be put on hold, as if frozen
in time for now, with no one claiming lost or gain, and thusly let GPGI
continue on its path of good recovery and success.

Sometimes these matters can be resolved not in a legal court, but off-line
to everyones satisfaction. To continue to post public for the shares
to be
returned, when if they have not yet been returned means that J and T have
a different way to handle this, then if continued on this thread in the
public posts might lead new potential investors, or even possible big money
to come into GPGI, from not doing so. Stability and peace will not be displayed
this way for new lookers to see. They might see a legal challenge to GPGI
thru shareholders as a possible in the future, and thus back away.

Off line and Private posts and e-mail for the J&T Cat and shares issue.

Will leave me out in the cold for updates, but I don't count.

It goes without saying, but your post that this is a reply to is another
work of visual art. Chuca tried to do as you do, doing posts this way,
but came up short. Chuca has the words, but can't sence the flow angle.

Doug
