What I point out is that while FNTN kept boasting about deals that have and how much revenue it bring them, we know see that ALL that was just hype. ! $91,000 for all of 1998!!! 000This filling proves without a doubt that they have been misleading the public. The FACTS are there. Read Them. It also shows Radim and others that all last year while you were defending their need to sell 144 stock to live, you were very wrong! Furthermore, lets not kid ourselves about their incentives. Any decent deal, especially startups, have lock up agreements for significant shareholders. Please... don't even say that you and others still pretend that all this 144 stock is unimportant! I also remember that many here said that they were NOT selling, but simply re-filling the same shares. Now that we know the these people were wrong about this too, we can assume that they must not think it worthy to hold on to. Will there ever be a time when you stop defending this deal? I do not think so. I will leave the reasons up to everyone to speculate about. So here it how I see it at this point. They have sold as much 144 stock ( and still selling) as they can. They have raised the money for there product and have been telling all about how good it is and how the marketing is going well. Now they need to raise several million dollars more, dilute everyone BUT THEM in the process, pay everyone high salaries, all chiefs but no Indians. Lets see, now they can buy more time to... sell more 144 stock... use the monmey for development?... marketing... WHAT? Surely one of these chiefs can now go out and sell this wonderful product they have, or can they? Wally.. you and your little fan club can keep trying to shift attention to the poster instead of the info. posted but the facts continue to make this deal a DOG and you know it. Time will tell us later what motives may be involved here.
