I'm in the red on this one, myself. But all I want is new management, someone interested in marketing. I'd much prefer that to some sort of takeover at a minimal premium to the current price. Now if someone was to come along with a HUGE premium in cash... well, that's a different story. Most acquisitions are currently being done with inflated stock valuations, though, and the idea of swapping IMG for some inflated stock holds little appeal. Conclusion: I would not buy IMG hoping for a buy-out. I will however continue to hold, hoping for a new management focus (this summer). Regards, Paul

I spotted this over the weekend in IBD, IMG's short interest fell from about 350,000 on 2/15 to about 300,000 on 3/15.
