VLNC hasn't sold hardly anything to anybody for years. VLNC has convertible discount financing which will dilute current shareholders. It's all "what if" potential.

It's up to the company to prove it can succeed, not its critics. Michael Dell can tell his critics to put up or shut up. VLNC doesn't have much of a leg to stand on.

<<Bill, if you want to have an open discussion about VLNC, let's do it>>

I'd be happy to. I'll openly discuss the facts about VLNC. I won't
discuss the speculation surrounding the company.

<<If you prefer to yell "fraud", "scam".>>

Where was I yelling? I was simply pointing out the obvious...that VLNC is a stock promotion fraud. The stock has been artificially inflated because of false rumors disseminated by Don Wolanchuk and others via newsletters and the internet.

<<Your motives are obvious to me>>

My motive is to make money. Your motive is to make money. What on
Earth is your problem?

<<Now what is your evidence that VLNC is a fraud?>>

I've got a better one for you. Check all the posts made mby "FMK" and
the various aliases he posts under from the spring of 1998 through
today. Provide evidence that *one* of his many predictions came true.
Provide evidence that he actually has first-hand or second-hand access to inside information as he often implies.
