Herm....great post.

I'm with you...I love the comfort that comes from CC'ing. However I still want to know where you find those great LEAP buys....without Omega Trade Station, or other software. I've been browsing the newspapers....and they don't have all the LEAPS

Thanks for the response, but day trading is not for me. I really like CC's, and have found that to be successful I have to deal with it like a business. My capital investment in the underlying stock is just that, a capital investment. And like buying a truck for the business, although I don't want the investment to depreciate in value, my objective is revenue generation. So I can't sit and wring my hands because the truck is going down in value. If I bought something of quality with a 10-20 year life span, it will continue to bring in the bread. If I spend my time worrying about the value of the truck every time I see one I think might be better would distract me from the core business. Now don't think I don't keep an eye on the values and trucks available, but to trade trucks is not my core business..... generating revenue by using trucks is! And ya know, DELL, MCI, Wal-Mart, etc... them's good trucks.
