You can save your bookmarks into a floppy, then paste your saved bookmarks from the disk to IE5.
Keep that bookmark disk for future use.

I'm not sure JR, I would think that shortcuts would just switch over if you choose IE as your default browser, but bookmarks, I'd do it the hard way just to make sure :-)

When I downloaded IE5, it picked up all of my Netscape bookmarks automaticly.

IE5 placed them in a Folder call Imported Bookmarks.
