AND get rewarded with options that have a real chance of being worth something. I'd think current employees morale has to be as low as it can possibly be. I still think there's a bit of downside risk here. Ask yourself why would any "GOOD" employee stay at such a company? Lot's of other IT companies that don't have such a tarnished reputation as CATP now has. Dave
