Frank, who are those authorities? What has he done that is illegal (I am honestly trying to see your point.)? If you help us understand what your post was intended to convey, perhaps we could all see why you are so indignant. Really.

Just curious, Frank, why do you think that the company keeps issuing new shares for cash with companies that have no relationship to the breast imaging industry? Why doesn't the company raise funds from a known company in the field, or a well-respected corporation? In both instances, the money is green, but with the latter, IMDS stock would skyrocket in price. Why do you think that IMDS doesn't bring in a co-investor that has known creditability in the industry?
