Big Flower Holdings owns 100% of Big Flower Press Holdings, Inc.; all of BGF's business is actually conducted through Big Flower Press. My guess is that Big Flower Digital Services Inc. is a subsidiary of Big Flower Press; hence, Big Flower Digital Services is an "indirect" subsidiary of Big Flower Holdings. I have been through Big Flower Holdings' recent SEC filings and I have not been able to find a listing of the specific subsidiaries that are included in the consolidated financial statements.
