John, first you have to have a crime before you can have an investigation. The Stockwatch reporter did not gather all the facts or could not get them to his satisfaction. In wich he may have sugested that some how leaks seem to become public before the offical NR. On the point of ABZ losing ground at Snap, where this information leak originated i have no idea.On the second point about the WSP split as i said the newswires must not have picked it up on the Friday it was released. For Stockwatch I think the articles writer is misinformed, due to the fact he could not get answers from RT in a reasonable time frame.Randy turner to my knowlege has not broken any laws regarding insider information.I hope this does not cause any problem for him,I belive he is a responsible CEO.
