noble, PAYV is doing a 3-2 split to make the stock less volatile for one and to eliminate any short positions. And as far as being a Vancouver company, big deal. So, your assumption is that every company from the Vancouver area is a scam. You should be ashamed. Do you really think that they could get away with throwing around the big names of their business associates, as they have, if this was a scam. Call and do some DD if you're interested in buying or if you own shares. Or keep your unfounded negative speculation out of here if you have no interest.

...and if your short.....cover.

Gee...I'm not quite sure what to think here. Just because the company works out of Vancouver can't possibly be a reason to get worried. Due Diligence must be done no matter where a company decides to rent office space.
As to being in Vancouver....I'd not be too worried, as there is a lot of Hollywood North activity up here this spring...and it appears that Payv has not gone unnoticed in that community. The company was being discussed with some passion up at Whistler Mountain this weekend by some of the crew working on Sly Stallone's new movie. Seems they think the company's direction is meaningful.
But sure, thanks for you message as it only stands to reason that 'being careful' is the name of the game in the market.
