Larry and Paul, I think that the basic 1.3 MM shares CC has are actually common they own, not a part of the post conversion count. Go back through the S-3 from October, you will see that 1.3 MM and every time they change the amount to be sold (and later they seems no to want to sell those 1.3 MM but in the S-3 of 10/26 and 12/1 they still suggest selling their whole position.)
