All,

Why do people say that Bid.Com is going on the Nasdaq SmallCap? In their filing with the SEC, on page 28 it states:

"Concurrently with the effectiveness of this Registration Statement, the Common Shares will be quoted for trading on The Nasdaq National Market under the symbol ______."

This makes reference to the Nasdaq National Market and there is no reference in the filing to the Nasdaq SmallCap.

In looking at the requirements for the National Market, It looks like Bid.com has met them all. nasdaq-amex.com
