Please explain the problematic relationship between DGV and the company you may have an issue with (Security Capital Trading).

Please also factor in whether AMEX would list or Business Week, whose Heard on the Street column is under great scrutiny, would profile DVG.

I would like to understand the basis of your "proceed with caution" warning but can't follow your investment history as you are fairly new to SI.

Thanks for any light you can shed on potential issues you have with DGV. For the record, I have a long position.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION ON DGV:

Read below: Strange bedfellows for a Pump and dump scam I'd say :)

“We are excited by the powerful applications and tools that Digital Lava will bring to the training and enterprise communications markets based on the RealSystem 5.0 solution platform. We believe that Digital Lava's solution will ease the process of creating content and increase the usability of information on the desktop.”

Len Jordan, Senior VP, RealNetworks, Inc.

“Windows Media Technologies combined with Digital Lava's Video Publishing provides our customers with powerful solutions ideally suited for corporate communication and learning on-demand applications.”

Gary Schare, Lead Product Manager, Microsoft Corporation

“As Multimedia begins to proliferate in financial services companies, becoming a standard platform for communications in the enterprise, users will need these kinds of tools to work with the applications. Digital Lava's software is user friendly, and
integrates well with current office applications. Digital Lava has no true competitors in this market. This is potentially a very important product.”

Greg Tapper, Analyst, Giga Research

If you, or your buddy, are trying to imply the company is somehow a scam or a pump and dump routine, that is utterly ridiculous and without an iota of basis in fact.

Doing D&D is one thing, coming to crazy illogical conclusions, is quite another.

Considering Pru has to pay about a Billion dollars in
fines and in 1990(?) called Unisis their single best idea (it then went from 17 to 2 in about 3 months) I don't know how much faith I would have in any comment they make that disparages a firm or a company without any real knowledge considering the glowing testimonials from Lavas customers and partners.
Security Capital has not been around under different names as a pump and dump operation. When Dirks left National Securities after being there about 3 years he formed Security Capital with another gentleman who had been in the bond business. Their phone # is on the report I posted so I suggest you call them or check them out with the NASD rather than listen to the uninformed ramblings of someone who thinks he knows

Proceed with caution when reading groundless posts based on hearsay and innuendo!

Rory before trying to unearth a company as a scam do some real research. Posting gossip from another thread without adding anything material confirms in my mind that you are either a shortseller or an idiot.

If you have any real dirt on the company or those behind the scenes please share it with this thread.

Thanks in advance
