I have periodically checked wsrn fundamental analysis, this site, and as far as I can determine the outstanding share count is locked at a steady 35MM shares. If this is true, this is excellent news (or non-news) and is a sign of quality management. I have not heard of any sec fillings to increase the stock issuance. Of course, I could list the company on Smartedgar, to be notified if any such filing occurs, but I haven't. Probably because of my perception that I trust this management.
