Obviously there is a motive here! All, May I take a few minutes of your time? I began my SI Quest on Christmas 1995 in the Amati Thread. During the next two years I dealt with Bashers on the thread some of which had multiple heads (2 or 3 screen names). They spun their web in many ways, using no hard facts to backup their spiel, talking in circles bringing up the same points, when confronted, even after their points have been explained. They usually suck in one or more people on the thread with their BS, and the next thing you know you have thread members going at each others throats thus providing camouflage to the Basher(s), which in turn allows him (them) to continue weaving the web and making life hell on those who have a valid interest in the company. Please don't get me wrong, I'm all for balanced input, for without which it is easy for those who do tend to hype, to lead newbies and lurkers down the garden path. But when there is an obvious motive behind certain posters who spell out doom and gloom, it should be brought out in the open. In those early days of SI we had a webmistress who took the time to read the information we provided showing the bashers for who they are, and she took the appropriate measures. A few were removed from SI, multiple heads were decapitated, and life once again became pleasant. If you, yes you, had someone on your thread who's only posts were to bash, and in their demented mind were trying to save you all from losing your money, and in the past 5 months had only posted to One SI Thread, yours (???) during those 5 months, (quite possibly 7 months from their signup to SI) would you think this person had an anterior motive? I'm not in a finger pointing mood this am. So my fellow FNTN Longs, start clicking on obvious thread members names and check their profiles and posts for the past 5 months. Perhaps read the earliest "5" or 7 posts you can find, and you may find someone who only posts to FNTN and talks in circles. Many thanks to those who have provided valuable information, you all know who you are ( I do ) and a tip of the hat to WIZ for his most recent yet few and far between posts. It would appear to me that there is a lot of common sense in his recent viewpoints. Thanks for your time, JW@KSC
