RT,

As I probably personally know more individual Vivus investors than others here I can vouch that you have probably taken the worse hit on your Vivus position. I believe that Gregg22 is ignorant about who is who here and mixed your pain, anger and sarcasm with some sort of short agenda.

Don't forget that someone here also accused me of being short.

I might also add that out of the 45 or 50 investors who gave me their share count and e-mails only one sent me an e-mail saying she wanted to remove her name from any share holder movement. This person was angry that after the Q4 conference call that I did not have a share holder movement all wrapped up to have Wilson kicked out.

Bottom line is that there are few share holders who were willing to organize and take help take a share holder move against Wilson. Most of these people just want to bitch and moan and let me do all the work so that Vivus share price would recover over night. Just take a look at the thread I started for the share holder movement to see how many people offered to organize and contribute to such a movement.

Everyone wants results but nobody wants to contribute. My response is that nothing is going to happen because I am not going to do 100% of the work to attempt to have the clown taken out. As far as I'm concerned Wilson is staying forever unless Vivus gets bought out some time down the road. As I know you agree, Wilson doesn't deserve to be our CEO and his blunders IMO will not be forgotten by all those investors who sat on dead money during the biggest bull market in the history of the American stock market.

I firmly believe Vivus will recover with or without Wilson at the helm. We all learned the importance of good management and Wilson learned (I hope) that Vivus has no business trying to market and sell its products/technology. In fact its too late now but I also feel that Vivus had no business getting involved in production. Had Vivus stuck to just the R&D aspect and kept the ball rolling on the patent side and allowed the big pharmas to do the rest, we would now be sitting on a $50.00+ stock regardless of Viagra.
