however, one of the icons on the top row of icons (on the 'alerts' page) is print. try that, it will work.

Someone else on this thread (thanks RickT) taught me a handy redirection of messages which can be accomplished on the new site. You can set the messages to also be forwarded to your normal email address - thereby receiving the alert on the site itself AND in your normal email. Then if you want to save confirmations until you receive the hard copy, simply create a separate "Etrade Messages" folder in your email program - moving all such messages from your Email Inbox to your "Etrade Messages" folder. And, of course, you can always print out your email documents.

While this setup can be fairly complicated, go into the Alert Box on the new site and go to Delivery Options.
