Walt has been offered development sites in at least four areas in three countries to develop new theme parks. Each theme park, if successful, caps out at about 10 Billion dollars when stabalized(sp). IF these come to fruition and IF the company continues to execute and IF the world economy doesn't collapse, then DIS would gain an increased cap value of about 80% from this alone.

This we would call an "E-ticket".
