I hope that they are not foxes in the henhouse. I hope that they are just not putting enough effort to getting sales and in collecting their royalties (the two sources of ECD's income).

Without sales and royalties, there will be no social goals and no profits for the shareholders or interest payments to the bondholders.

I was serious, but perhaps not realistic. A hostile run does not fit my situation. If you are right and they are foxes, a hostile run would be an unpleasant situation which I would avoid.

Fred, your analysis of the size of a roof required for PV roof is correct. Given 1kW per square meter and an efficiency of 10% the PV array would be quite large. On my web site, (www.nvo.com/stavy) I have an spreadsheet that one can use to size a PV roof.

I saw myself as a minority shareholder representing the minority shareholders and the social goals of the ECD product line.
