the reason I ask those questions is because its happened to me before. So experience has been my teacher. But, like you I believe the company
is interested in being upfront and truthful to the shareholders.
Jayne has answered my questions in past (as allowed) and I think were
out of the woods. Just too much time on weekends to think about...
what ifs! Heres to upward and beyond times ahead!!!!!

I got an email reminding me that this is all dependent on the resolution of the involuntary bankruptcy. But the intention of the company is to move quickly. I was told that it would move quickly on the spinoffs and it would be able to effect the business plan in about 3-4 months after involuntary bankruptcy has been lifted, assuming that the SEC moves at a reasonable pace to approve the transactions.
