what do I think about it?
Difficult to say, it doesn't deal with the question at hand. The RIMM is the RAM module. The problem INTC is facing is the 400Mhz dialog between this module and the rest of the motherboard.
Somebody on this thread last week put the problem into perspective by saying that if you expanded 1 second to 80 years, you would be having a birthday every 3 seconds, in other words every beat the RDRAM is updating
