Regards DWNS, I took a look at the Form 10-K that they filed on March 3, 1999. The shell is clean, $9,000 in cash, $117 in liabilities and only 4.5 MM shares outstanding. Unfortunately, the stock price has doubled in the last month. Do you have any sense as to the specifics of their deal with Netbilling? This is probably one to keep an eye on.
