My point was that D & T might decide they would like that much more time, given the enormity of Sib Mach and the complexity of LEAH's business. While I usually support the idea of giving the auditors whatever time they need to deliver their best work, I think that D & T has been allowed quite enough here. That is, unless they are willing to issue a joint statement with the company declaring that they are fully involved, and will guarantee a complete report by a date certain. Since they probably do not want to participate in such a statement, then IMO they have an obligation to complete their work within a very few days (+ or -) of April 1st, in order to allow LEAH to clear up what I believe to be an artificial controversy about D & T.
