What I mean by a "contract" is the one RMIL and Ovis made with you and the other shareholders. Please explain what you mean by this. If you're referring to their 504 plan of offering shares - @ $.25 each - last summer, I did not participate/send any money.

What is important to remember that although the initial recipients of the exchange (if any) are gone or assets dwindled the person or persons making the original contract with you (responsibilitY) ARE STILL LIABLE for the diverted funds as well as what may have been achieved without diversion..attorneys fees etc...JUST MY FRIGGIN OPINION... !!

TG and Ellen, Both of you, just cut it out!!!! I consider both of you my friends, in different ways, of course. I really hate to see you contending on the thread. You are both very adamant about the deficiencies you see in the other. So, what's new? I would like to each of you resolve your differences. The point here is to make the perpetrators of this fraud pay for what they have done, isn't it now? Let's not alienate those who can help us. And please, please no more fighting among us, OK! That seems to be what certain people want. How about we go after them and get them? TG, can you and your Elk (cariBOO) quit bashing Ellen? I think she has something to offer.
