O's Ben is refering to is with respect to RS...relative strength. How MSFT is doing in comparison to other stocks in it's sector...software.

Yes, you did miss something.

I wrote that analysis at 12:16AM on 3/15/99. That was 5 trading days ago. Since then, MSFT did make a breakout, to the upside, that created a new column of X's. MSFT is currently in that column of X's.

Chartcraft scaled charts are ones using the 'traditional' '3-box reversal method of p&f' scaling that Chartcraft and DWA use to display their p&f charts. These are available on the DWA site, if you are a subscriber, or from Chartcraft, if you buy their chart books. But, just for you, I posted one you can view for free on my web site at: ez-pnf.com
