Thomas is right Frank. I know that you would like to see the technology have a chance, even if management turns out to be no good, so that cancer can be detected earlier. I really understand that. But it is MANAGEMENT that can derail the trial or help it go forward. They are derailing it by: 1. continuing to draw exhorbitant financial benefits from this company, hurting its financial viability AND its reputation in the medical and investment communities 2. making irresponsible and misleading public statements that injure the credibility of the company and keep big money investors away 3. consistently making their own interests paramount reducing the credibility of the company (and likely reducing the medical and investment professionals who would be willing to associate with them) 4. drawing the wrath of investors (and eventually the press and government agencies) by their misleading, self-serving and irresponsible actions. 5. allowing delays that no reporter or investor can control to slow the progress of the trials 6. failing to bring in a big money investor (who may ask for some CONTROL). When you get angry, be angry at the right people. It's not those pointing out the problems who you should be angry at. It's those who JEOPARDIZE the future of the company and its technology by constantly DOING THINGS to create this criticism. The guy who starts a fire is to blame for the stampede, not the guy who yells fire. The one yelling fire is only trying to help.
