What 'swindle'??! - Lilian, i know you as much more intelligent than this.
There is imho no 'swindle' whatsoever in starting off the Newco spinoff with one-eight the number of shares that Winspear currently has out. The majority [if not all] the current market value of wsp comes imho from market perceptions of the Camsell Block. Spinning off the other properties into Newco makes good sense imho, and whatever the share ratio [i would have chosen 1-for-10, a decimal point move] Newco's progress will be determined by advancement of those properties.

As for Kensington - it is a sad fact but true that you need diamonds to make a diamond mine. Not much point in blaming Winspear for krt's failure. ..... cheers

I must be really slow Lilian so please take the time to explain it to me. I don't know whether I would rather have 1/2, 2/4, 3/6 or 10,000/20,000. Can you tell me what the difference is?
WSP Jr will start out with about 4 to 5 million shares out and maybe a few pipes poked.
Anyway for those who are interested and have the time, and who have not done so, you may view the Winspear prospectus and a lot of history and exploration history on Camsell Lake at:

Lilian,

Why are you overcomplicating the simple mathematics of the restructuring?

IF YOU OWN 1% OF WSP BEFORE THE RESTRUCTURING, THEN AFTER THE RESTRUCTURING, YOU OWN 1% OF WSP SR. AND 1% OF WSP JR.

I must confess I am suspicious of your motives. I see from your profile that you have 14 years of experience. How you can conclude this arrangement is a 'swindle' by WSP management?

Further, RT needs shareholder approval of the restructuring. He is not so stupid as to propose an deal that would provoke shareholder rebellion.
