the examples you pointed out are not aggregators they are creators. twx, tci cox etc are aggregators and they cannot own networks directly, I believe. you pointed out all the networks that abc/dis controls but other than the abc network which is free, they have no ability to deliver it over a cable service they control..../that is where I was wondering the legalities of weather a network such as nbc would be in a position to own a type of company such as bcst where they would have control over what is broadcast. bcst, as I see it, is like a cable company for the net............again I was just bringing it up and don't know if there are any problems, but your comments didn't clear up the question at all
