Thanks for your thoughts. I was asked to check into them by a friend of mine who has been contracted to handle the building of new restaurants in several areas. He tells me that they are expanding like crazy and that everywhere he goes, restaurant managers tell him that people are so loyal to their chain that they even plan their vacations around the store locations. I find that hard to believe but then I have never eaten at one. I found the info intriguing, so I took a brief look at them. I would suspect that their reduction in earnings and corresponding reduction in stock price is due to their aggressive expansion plans. The benefit to shareholders would come when the expansion is nearly complete and the extra profits start to show up in their bottom line. I haven't bought any yet but I think it's worth watching.
