Ed, I don't know who at Nesbitt suggested to you this price of 40 $ CDN. In a recent phone call with one of their representatives, the price of 60 $ CDN was mentioned to me as a minimum estimate for NN true value. However,I must tone that down a bit, as I felt this guy was upset with NN, and suspicious about their ability to produce steadily growing earnings. So instead of a takeover premium from 40, let's talk about a risk premium from 60+, related to NN future earnings inconsistency. Jean-Pierre
