Good point. I forgot that CacheFlow (and Net App, too, I believe) are also OEM'ing their software. I was only thinking about who Dell would be competing against directly.

Also, it seems to me that if Dell is going to bring out caching appliances starting at $4,500, they're going to cream the market. Last I saw, the least expensive caching appliance from Net App (which I think came out a couple of months ago) was around $20,000. Not positive what CacheFlow's starting price is, but I believe it's somewhere around this range. Does this sound right to you?
