I can only say , that is a very good question. Let's wait until some of the more knodledgeable person that understands all of this stuff, comes on and explains this to all of us once and for all. Maybe there is no clear cut answer at this time. I think it will depend on what the MM decide to open at.---wish i understood more but do not---francis terry
