Project Angel: Bell South has a similar product they initiated last year in Atlanta. Basically, the company has constructed a series of towers around Atlanta to offer cable TV via wireless transmission. The problem with BLS is that they cannot deliver the signal directly to the home. You need to hang a receiver in your backyard to pick up the signal. Ideally, the digital modem offered by QCOM's CDMA technology would be able to pick up the cable delivery directly into the TV.
