Thanks for the information. That seems more reasonable. The DWNS shareholders are probably lucky that the insiders control over 40% of the stock. They have solid control of the shell and definitely have an incentive to cut a good deal. My guess is that the Netbilling guys are in a hurry to make their public debut while the Internet sector is hot. Hopefully the price dips a bit.

If there is anyone truly interested in a Clean shell, I mean clean (spinoff of existing companies), they can be had for $50-75,000 immediatley. Please e-mail for details.
