Ripu, my guess agrees with that put forward last week on this thread by a few of the guys that the IPO will be about 3 million shares @ $12-13. Of course I expect the stock will climb over that figure when it begins trading. There may be a total of about 10 million shares outstanding, with NAVR owning 5 million of them for 50%.

This last weeks action in DLIA has me optimistic that as soon as NAVR releases the S1A details the stock will climb. FYI DLIA is spinning off iTurf very soon, (4/6) and DLIA released details of S1A last wed. The stock basically climbed about $10 last week since the S1A details came out. Check out;
ipo.com
and see that they filed the S1 on 1/25, now the S1A on 3/17, and pricing will be 4/6. Thats about 10 weeks from S1 to pricing. If this is any indication of how fast the SEC is working and if they can keep it up then I fully expect NETR S1A by 4/21, and the IPO about 5/12.
Of course JMO.
