AT, Total Service Desk, which is due imminently, will provide the ability to launch and view all products from a central console using common user interfaces. This is one concrete example that suggests a greater level of integration than the company has been able to offer in the past.

Also this spring, look for common agents. Is this the kind of integration for which you are looking?
