Walt, I am not trying to bash the stock. I like the company's potential. The company will never realize its potential if management doesn't do its job. Part of the job is to control the company. Part of the job of controlling the company is to meet its financial reporting responsibilities. I think they are doing a great job of marketing the company name. That is good. You can't raise money if you forget your responsibility and duty to report on time with audited financial statements that all shareholders should get. That is all. Vic
