BP, I like the concept of recurring revenues, even if one needs to wait for a year until the systems are up and operational. Do you have any idea what it amounts to per site? does it depends on the sites revenues (royalty like) or is it a simple use license? That would be important in forecasting the kind of future growth one can expect.

I was under the impression that IBM provide quite a lot of these type of e-commerce software on their servers, are they competing with IBM in this field?

Luckily, they have quite sufficient cash on hand to get to the point where they should get these monthly "royalties" checks, but I still do not see a valuation in the three digits range I read of here. At least not for few years.

Thanks for the education.

Brad, a little company called INTEL bought ICAT.

icat.com

My ISP just went with iCat over Shopsite- and I was in there pushing, pushing, pushing for Shopsite. Guess I'm gonna be a beta tester for iCat.

OMKT products looked good to me- but sales force is not cutting the mustard, at least in this one case.

Nice Post, those who bash OMKT because of conventional valuation methods, are ignoring Yahoo, Lycos etc.. Who also fail on the basis of normal valuation methods. These companies, as well as OMKT, are leaders in market share. Revenues and profits will soon come. OMKT in grossly overlooked for now. They have a dominant position in a market that will be huge.
