I'm confused! A couple of small caps I follow are trading near their 52 week lows (and seem to be compelling buys). The dow is near it's all time high with pundits implying that once the dow closes above 10,000 it will immediatly trigger a correction and won't be likely to be near 10,000 for another couple of years. In the meantime the economy is just humming along. Oh, can't forget the tulip stocks that seem to soar to heights previously unimmaginable, I guess all one needs do is imagine! When the big caps and I-nuts falter will they pull the small caps further??
