<<No Wagers Accepted from USA or Canada>> This is not totally true! While STARNET doesn't accept wagers from U.S., ALL of its licensees do accept U.S. wagers and in fact MOST of the the licensees revenues come from U.S. gambling and the Kyle bill WILL put an end to U.S. gambling with any non U.S. licensed, legal, and taxed company. The only wagering the Kyle bill will allow will be State sanctioned, regulated and licenced gaming like horseracing. Lets be honest about this, do you really believe the Congress will allow gaming to take place over the internet when most of the 50 states outlaw it or heavily regulate and control it. It still is considered a social evil in the U.S. and Congress will not make it OK over the internet when it is illegal almost everywhere else in the states. There was overwhelming support to pass this bill last year and I don't see anything stopping it this year from passing and becoming law.
