Greg, Dell would have to expand if they used only Dell facilities. If there were a deal I think Dell would look at making changes at existing IBM facilities. Keep in mind Dell would need people. It only makes sense to use the IBM people from the existing PC segment of IBM. It does no good to have the capacity with the facilities if you don't have the manpower. 12 hour shifts can be done short term but management can't kill the employees! :o)
