Shoot trying to get some money right quick and try to get some cheap shares .... going to watch it close at the open. Shoot the stock structure still looks great compared to other stock I am in. A = 301,821 x 35 = 10,563,735 converted common 3,489,957 ---------------------- 14,053,692 total Plus about 16,270,077 warrants that will generate any company coming in cash when exercised. Hoping a shareholder meeting will be able to stop the A conversion that was suppose to take place in Oct of last year. Since it has passed I dunno ... if we get the split which I do not know we will get then need to add about 150K of A or another 5.25M ... So we shall see when it starts trading. Gary Gary
