Only 20 miles apart huh??? Gee, surely that must be a co-incidence, old Floyd would not be trying to pull one over all his investors like that would he??? floys is smart for a SKUMBAG. I think this is what is really going on. 1. They tell everyone that they are going to buy 25%of IVEY. to get the price of the stock to rise, and it did. for a while 2. They increase the float to 500 mil 3. They let everyone sit for a few months and in that time they do make a deal with IVEY to use their NAME ONLY for a price in a scam. 4. The guy that lives only 20 miles from asshole Floyd has incorporated a company called Ive Entertainment.com , this possibley was accomplished months and months ago 5. they build a IVEY Entertainment WEB PAGE with "borrowed pictures" which they have paid Ivey a price for and put them on the web page to make everything look legit. 6. They tell everyone that on march 16th, Ivey will take over 100% of Eutro and to make things look even sweeter, Asshole Floyd and Brad are out the door. (NOT) 7. Eutro sells 500 million shares into the marekt over the next few months while things drag out 8. What in actually is going on is instead of EUTRO just selling all their shares like everyone thought they would anyway, they set up another dummy company with a dummy web site so everyone "sits tight" and waitsfor the "newmanagement" to take the comapny into a "bold new direction" While Eutro has a fire sale to new investors. and then Ivey---Eutro does the reverse split that they were going to do all along but from a level of 500 mil instead of now. Probably 25 to one or more And Floyd pays Ivey Night Clugb off for the right to use their name to make their SKAM work out , and new stooges run the new dummie business which really still belongs to the Wilkersons. they get to eat their cake, and shove it up our asses tooo.
