I don't remember ever reading a "README" file. I just looked in the User Guide: iqc.com
and it doesn't say anything about a "README" file for Windows users, which I am. You can probably get what you need from the User Guide.

Unix/Solaris 2.x users have a different file for downloading, and apparently do have a "README" file. Are you a Unix/Solaris 2.x user? If so, and you don't have a "README" file, send an email to support@iqc.com. They're very responsive.

I'll send an email to the IQ Chart folks letting them know about this thread so maybe they can answer these types of questions. All I know is what's in the User Guide...
