Texas is the place to sue if you want to extract big time money. Remember, Texaco the huge international oil company lost so big in Texas, they had to declare bancruptcy. Texaco is run out of White Plains, NY and these nitwits didn't know what to do in a court case in Texas. Anybody from anywhere in the world can sue anybody in Texas as long as that entity does business in Texas and therefore has to be registered with the State of Texas. Other than that, I like Texas a lot.
