Agreed and I am well aware of the disclosure requirements of the SEC.However does that mean the barber down the street who bought the shares of ABCDE and told people he did so is in violation of an SEC rule?
Understand that if I come on this site and say I bought ABCDE for my account am I reuired to place a disclosure that I have done so?

It is agreed that if Danny is receiving shares from a company for purposes of promotion and puts out a pick then he must disclose the compensation and even then as a non-registered broker under the legal age he would be in violation. However if he is just stating that he has purchased 1000 shares of ABCDE is this a violation of the SEC rules??
