I find it interesting that there is so little mention of it here on SI.

AT&T is offering as much as $15 billion in bonds. These bonds will be a drain on the available bond liquidity which will drive interest rates up.

We've seen how the market reacts to the value of the long bond going down.

I looked over on the AT&T thread and there is only one post that mentions it only once. ...

So little light on something that could have such a large impact ...
